Bug Description
Detailed bug description:
If you try to upgrade all nodes by one command
octane upgrade-node $SEED_ID <ID>
all upgradable nodes became unavailable
Steps to reproduce:
1) upgrade master node from 7.0 -> 8.0
2) upgrade controllers
3) octane upgrade-db $ORIG_ID $SEED_ID
4) octane upgrade-ceph $ORIG_ID $SEED_ID
5) octane upgrade-control $ORIG_ID $SEED_ID
6) octane upgrade-node $SEED_ID [<ID> all list of computes]
Expected results:
all computes return to enabled
Actual result:
all computes are disabled
Workaround:
nova service-enable for each node disabled node
Impact:
Not allowed to upgrade node after argument fix
