Bug Description
Nailgun\astute should support API call to change their bootstrap profile.
While its not implemented, we need to :
1)Change astute.yaml file
2) Re-run whole puppet-astute module
3)Restart asuted
This steps takes to much time, and pulls to much 'nearest' services.
Also, interaction with cobbler should cover not only switching - but also updating profile meta sections. (to support fuel-bootstrap extension)
