Bug Description
Now all network topology for entire environment should be described in template. It cannot be defined partly in DB (networks to interfaces mappings) and partly in template.
It's needed to provide a possibility for partial redefinition of topology using the template. It will allow easier configuration (via UI) of the most part of topology and using the template just for some more complicated fragments where UI cannot be used. It will also improve ability of templates' reusing.
