For default deployment cases GRE performance for VM2VM traffic for one pair of instances is 3.0-3.5 Gbit/s

Say "default deployment cases" I mean, that GRE traffic pass inside 802.1q vlan over 10ge interface, MTU 1500 on base system (MTU 1458 inside instance), no any manipulation of offloadings, both compute nodes connected to one 10Ge switch.

By some manipulation with MTU and offloadings we can achieve more velocity, but for check this we should come up network metering methodology for loading hosts not only network packet incapsulation workload.
