Bug Description

Mellanox Section in Fuel UI Settings tab has been added in 5.1 and moved to a fuel plugin in 6.1.
will be deprecated in 6.1 and deleted in 7.0

    Moving Mellanox UI section to experimental mode

    Since Fuel 6.1 Mellanox Features are implemented in a Fuel plugin.
    Hence, Mellanox Features UI section is deprecated and moving to
    experimental mode in Fuel 6.1 and will be deleted in Fuel 7.0.
