[feature-stats] CSV reports generation shouldn't fail on invalid data

Bug Description

If not valid data saved in the DB CSV reports have to log such errors and produce valid report.

    Reliable CSV reports generation implemented

    We should generate CSV reports in case of errors in the flatten
    data processing. Invalid data is skipped.
