[ui] Radiobuttons titles have pointer cursor even if radiobutton is disabled

Bug Description
When creating cluster vie Fuel UI (vbox) on the tab storage backends if you try to select "VMWare" by the radiobutton - system will show you that it is disabled (expected), but if you point cursor on the "VMWare vCenster/ESXi" cursor is active to select, but it will be the same as pointed on disabled radiobutton. Related to "cinder" and "glance" backends selection.

Did not manage to reproduce this - please, provide all other cluster settings to get the same result for sure.
