installation error while installing 3 controller nodes

Bug Description

Fuel : 5.0.1 , Ubuntu HA , Neutron VLAN segmentation

It seems like while installing , nodes gives error , l3 agent log has the following failure messages

Please update the logs snapshot, it does not content logs from node 31

It seems like same root cause as "https://bugs.launchpad.net/mos/+bug/1335804" , Kevin did some patching , it did worked.

Also, the failure messages you are reffering to are quite normal during deployment as pacemaker tries to run services while there are no OCF scripts on the nodes. We then cleanup pacemaker resources that failed with such error and we have completely fixed this issue in 5.1 release while working on https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/ha-pacemaker-improvements
