Bug Description
By default Fuelmenu configures default parameters automatically in scope of Fuel master node installation.
If there is an active DHCP server inside the Admin network - it prints no message on it.
Please make fuelmenu utility to at least display the proper message of existing DHCP server in scope of default silent installation.
If Fuelmenu launched manually - DHCP exictence check works well.

This feature is useless unless we fail deployment at this point. We should really stop deployment with the error. If we don't, nobody will actually benefit and catch the error message in logs.
