Bug Description

Remove docker-io-0.10.0-2.mira3.x86_64 from the 5.1 repo for now. There are many docker issues that are breaking 5.0->5.1. The main one is that volumes don't get unmounted correctly when stopping Docker service. We should remove the package for now until I have a complete solution.
