1. Create next cluster - HA, Centos, Flat Nova-network, Ceilometer, 3 controler+mongo, 1 compute, 1 cinder
2. Start cluster deployment

Expected - deployment passed
Actual - deployment failed with error in puppet log on first controller (node-1):
2014-08-03 16:45:19 ERR

 echo show stat | socat unix-connect:///var/lib/haproxy/stats stdio | grep -q '^keystone-1,BACKEND,.*,UP,' returned 1 instead of one of [0]

Manual execution of command on first controller returned:
