Bug Description

Deploying CentOS HA + nova-network + Ceph with 5.1 ISO #361 with /etc/puppet/modules updated to fuel-library commit d1c7f67b3cf51978d3178c8666ea398f2477dcb5 (patched with https://review.openstack.org/109739) I get the following error:

Sat Jul 26 00:07:57 +0000 2014 Puppet (err): Could not find dependent Service[xinetd] for File[/etc/xinetd.d/galeracheck] at /etc/puppet/modules/xinetd/manifests/service.pp:82

Looks like in https://review.openstack.org/106516 we've introduced new class galera::status that declares a xinetd::service resource, but definition of xinetd::service includes a dependency on Service['xinetd'], that is declared in xinetd class that we don't declare anywhere.

    Can't use xinetd::service without including xinetd class.
