I've used fast solution from Bogdan - just increased the minwith of labes. Currently it is enough, see attached screenshot

But it seems that solution here https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1332078
is a temporary workaround and we need to retemplate this page, for avoid the magic numbers.

Decided to change styles to use display: table/table-cell so lables would be aligned
