Bug Description

We change documentation URL from http://docs.mirantis.com/fuel/fuel-4.1/ to http://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-4.1/

Currently these links both show the same content, but the last one, with new address, has broken menu rendering.

Something is wrong with the JavaScript scripts there, probably.

    Removed location.href parser code

    Seems to be unnecessary and only breaks layout
