Bug Description

From the landing page I wen't to click on the pre-install guide and instead of opening the HTML site, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive a PDF download instead.

The splash page should have the topics, which should be links to the HTML pages of said topic, then aside the topic we can have [HTML, PDF, Mobi] links next to the topics

I totally agree! I'm thinking that the list of titles on the left side of the screen is good with "(PDF)" as a link
to the right of each title.

So what do we want in the mail space of the screen? I'm thinking it might be nice to have a brief blurb about
Fuel and Mirantis OpenStack with a link to the software.mirantis.com page or something. I also thought about
a "learning path" through the docs although maybe that veers dangerously close to the dreaded "doc about how
to read the doc" paradigm.

I suppose it's a little late to try to fix this for 5.0 so let's move it to 5.1. We should discuss what we want as soon as 5.0 ships so we have time to get it drafted and tested.
