Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy an env with stacklight and murano plugins
2. Update Fuel up to 9.2 ( by mos-playbooks ) snapshot #822 (RC2)
3. Update the env
4. Create an murano
5. Get to the Application Catalog and install Apache HTTP Server by Mirantis
6. Try to deploy the newly installed package into the previously created env
7. Get "An error occurred. Please try again later."

Env description:

Fuel 9.2 #822:
 - controller
 - murano_node
 - compute + cinder
 - kibana + grafana

Actual result:

I can't deploy the Apache HTTP Server package to the env.
Also I've tried to deploy Docker Standalone Application and it also couldn't be deployed.

All tries have ended with the next error:
Danger: An error occurred. Please try again later.

Additional information:

OSTF: Check application deployment in Murano environment with GLARE has passed
