Bug Description
The current icon for CSV files is blank. It should either be a new icon for CSV files, or it should be the same as .ods/other spreadsheet files.
The mimetype for CSV files is "text/csv".

I still see this issue in Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial. The mimetype for CSV files is "text/csv" and it all CSV files have a generic text file icon.
