Okay, can you break this into separate bug reports? That'll be helpful.

Now, about Jupiter: we can't because, apparently, Jupiter uses absolute paths to reference icons. See bug 1012028 for this.
Also, the request for Rhythmbox is bug 1010246, so please go there eand mark yourself as affected. All the others are valid reports as long as they're separated.
