Don't end loading when try restore instance

Bug Description

Trying to restore an instance from de horizon/disaster_recovery/backups/ panel, by cliking the Restore button, the web-ui show a loading indication but it seems do nothing. It does not report any error on ui or in log and stay loading.

 After reinstall the freezer components, compatible with pike, the problem has been fixed:

 freezer (5.0.1.dev8)
 freezer-api (5.0.1.dev2)
 freezer-dr (5.0.1.dev1)
 freezer-web-ui (6.0.1.dev7)
 python-freezerclient (1.6.0)

On Ubuntu 16.04.1 take care with the compatibility bedween Ubuntu python pakages managed
 by dpkg and the pakages managed by pip. Follow de requeriments pakages version for every freezer
 component (Ej.: freezer$ requirements.txt)
