Bug Description

At the moment, Frabjous can only receive pingbacks on blog posts. This is hard-coded in rpc.models.

There should be a way to mark a content object as pingbackable so that get_post_from_target_uri() is no longer needed (or can mutate into get_object_from_target_uri()).
