'select pois' should have a 'subcategory' dropdown

Bug Description
I think that the 'select pois' option (menu -> pois -> select) should have a second
drop down box allowing me to choose which subcategory I want to see. It
should default to 'all'. This would make dealing with large numbers of POIs easier.

even better would be the ability to select multiple categories and subcategories. I'm thinking maybe a tree showing all categories and subcategories with a checkbox next to each one. Checking/unchecking a category should probably check/uncheck all subcategories for that category.
