reposition the new category popup so that it's arrow is pointing towards the new category button.

ok, I looked at this some more, it actually depends on where the window is placed when you click, sometimes it points correctly. This may be a granite bug, anyone have an idea?

you have to call the the move_to_widget function after adding the content (didn't know that). I asked xapantu to include that in the documentation or add an evenhandler which would reposition it
