This for the wishlist, please. :)
It would be nice if some web apps could be started "in the background", or perhaps just minimized, just for the notification icons etc. This would be primarily for apps that auto-start after log in, but could apply to any app, I imagine.
Similarly, it might be nice if there were an option for the app to persist after the window is closed (so, basically the same as minimized but without showing up on the task-switcher). You'd have to use the menu to make it quit entirely.

Something like this is planned but depends on indicator support. I need to add JS API to manipulate indicators first.
