Bug Description
Extruding to two surfaces sometimes behaves badly in parallel.
Appears to affect meshes extruded with sigma layers.
The top surface is wrong on some domain partitions, possibly due to nodes being allocated incorrectly (unlikely), a halo issue, or in the communication of the global max extend in height?
This occurs in the branch:
lp:~asc/fluidity/extrudeup
(and also lp:~iceshelfcavity/fluidity/basalmelt)
