Since r634 K9.3 non-tintramp gets stuck on the 3 LED channel

The "normal" K9.3 build without tint ramping will switch from the 9 LED channel to the 3 LED channel once but not back since r634.

Tested on a K9.3 with the "cfg-noctigon-k9.3-nofet.h" config file.

I did a factory reset each time after flashing and then immediately tested via 3H if the bug was present. I once tested it in Advanced UI and once after reconnecting the battery but both actions did not alter that the flashlight was "stuck" at the 3 LED channel.
