Problem about Japanese file name

can you provide more details? which operating system are you using? can i download the file that fails somewhere?

I'm using it on Windows 7 and you can download the video file from:
http://videobin.org/+oz/tn.html
Changing its file name to '[痔瘡流血] BD版 K-ON けいおん！ Vol.6 映像特典 オリジナルB面劇場 「うらおん！」⑥ 1280x720' and letting firefogg load it, it doesn't
let me save it... and doesn't show its video width/height properly.

Same problem in Windows XP, Window 7 and Linux. On linux is strange, because all the system is in UTF8.
