Feauture: Move to first unfilled field when transaction is created by template

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
• Create transaction template, fill it's "Payee" and "Category" fields
• Create transaction based on new template
Actual behavior: "Payee" field is focused, I have to click on "Amount" field to type in amount.
Desired behavior: If "Payee" field is not empty, focus "Amount" field and show keyboard.
