Details in reports - transfer inclusion

If transfers are excluded from reports, they are not count into e.g. a category total. it's OK. But when I want to see details for this category they are included and count into total - this a bug.
In my opinion if I choose to see a detail of e.g. a category in a category report I should see the same total as I see in the category report.

(In my opinion it's quite bad idea to exclude transfers from reports. But if user select this option it should provide consistent results.)
