Bug Description
When I get ZIP files, created with Windows, german umlaute in file names are corrupted when decompressed with file-roller.
See example in attachment.

The other way around, when I compress the manually corrected "Kompressoren-
Workaround for both directions:
Use Total Commander with Wine.
