No tooltips on the buttons

Bug Description

One can't really know what a button does until you click on it and nervously wait for the outcome.

I added tooltips to the toolbar buttons, but I'm not marking this as fixed because some are inaccurate because I don't know what some of the buttons intended functions are. Below is what I made them, if you have suggestions let me know.

back.tooltip_text = _("Back");
forward.tooltip_text = _("Forward");
next.tooltip_text = _("Next");
update.tooltip_text = _("Update");
mark.tooltip_text = _("Mark");
add_new.tooltip_text = _("Add New Feed");

The Mark button should be "Mark All As Read".
I think "Refresh" would make more sense than update, also.
