We need to add a little extra CSS to the header in FA. Things we need to fix:
* Subtle font differences - fonts should be the same family, weight and size.
* Make the 'cancel' link normal weight in line with form guidelines.
* Change styling of the submit button to match the orange button on login.u.c (if possible).
* 'Required' asterisk should be black and slightly larger so it's more clearly an asterisk.
* Field border colours should be changed to match login.u.c.
* Description textarea should change border style when focussed.
If any of these can be fixed in the forms.c.c css rather than individually in the form then we should make them there.
