Bug Description

When the checkbox "show slideshow controls" is checked for a slideshow in the sidebar of my site, the controls appear in the footer of my site and render the links in the footer unclickable. The javascript is being inserted at the bottom of the page when HTML source is viewed.

Do you have a link? This is likely affected by CSS in the theme or elsewhere interfering with the slideshow css; not necessarily a bug but I would like to see for sure to confirm.

Also is this a .97 or 2.0 install?

I chatted with Philip earlier and he said there was a rule missing in slideshow.CSS that made the slideshow div have relative placement. I added that rule to my main stylesheet and all is well. Philipmwill add the rule to the styles in trunk.

Sounds Good. I went ahead and confirmed the bug and assigned it to Phillip since he's apparently in the loop already.

Changed in exponent-cms:
status: New → Confirmed
assignee: nobody → Phillip Ball (phillip-oicgroup)
