RSS does not appear to work in 0.97

Bug Description

In an existing News Module when clicking the RSS checkbox giving the feed a Title and description after you click save the changes do not appear to be written to the DB. When you configure again the entered values are not there.

I can't duplicate this bug. Can you verify that you have a newsmodule_config table?
