Radio stations cannot be deleted

Bug Description
When I save a radio station and name it with Chinese characters, if later I delete the station, the deleted station will become back on the next startup. Thus, it can never be deleted.
I did several tests, using English and Chinese names. I found that it only happens when I save it using Chinese names. I haven't tested other languages though.
You may try the following:
create a new radio station:
NAME: 測試 (test in Chinese)
URL: http://
then delete it, and restart Exaile. It will become back

Still a bug in Exaile 0.3.0. You actually cant delete it due to a traceback saying that RadioPanel doesn't implement remove_
