"E-Mail" and "Incoming (0)" links don't work if evolution has been started using alltray

Bug Description
Like many users I start Evolution with "alltray --notray evolution" so that Evolution is still running in the background if I close it.
However, If i try to lauch Evolution via the "Email" or "Incoming (0)" menu items, nothing happens, even if Evolution is just minimized.
