Doing a filter on AGE and BETWEEN on a date field in the reporter is limited to 1 - 24

Bug Description
Tested in 3.9 and 3.10 but I suspect it's always been this way.
In the reporter, in the templates, when transforming a date field to AGE, using BETWEEN and then running the report the choices, it gives for the value to use is a number between 1 and 24 days/months/years. It shouldn't be capped at 24 at runtime.

Confirmed in 3.9. Also confirmed on the Mobius community test server, but not sure which version of EG is running on that server.
