Bug Description
Ideally, the ACQ Brief Record form would support templates for brief records, similar to (and possibly leveraging) the Cataloging => Create New MARC Record templates.

C/W MARS acquisitions libraries would like to be able to use the MARC templates that appear in Cataloging --> Create new MARC Record in the following places:
Acquisitions Menu --> New Brief Record
PO Screen --> Actions --> Add Brief Record
The acquisitions brief record options work well for books, but other formats (DVD, audio, etc) are created with the book format and given the wrong format icon.
This can cause duplicate records if library staff are trying to limit to DVD and not finding the record, because it is in as a book. Patrons also can place holds thinking they are getting a book. Acquisitions staff wouldn't have to know the MARC format codes if they could choose an existing cataloging template.
