Facet limiters are carried over to new search from the advanced search screen

Bug Description
When a user clicks on a facet from the search results screen to limit a search and then goes to the advanced search screen to conduct a new search, the facet limiter is retained as a parameter in the new search. The only way I found to clear this facet limiter from this search is either by conducting a search from the Basic search page or by manually removing it from the URL.
This was tested on a 2.1 system, but I also saw the same behavior in some 2.0 catalogs.
