Evergreen 3.11
In the New Carousels pop up in Administration -> Local Administration -> Carousels the two Add buttons are the length of the boxes they're in, instead of being a normal button size.

Mike and I ran across several issues with the multiselect and text multiselect components while working on Angular Reports. Along with the button size problems, the form fields lacked IDs and the buttons needed labels and tooltips.
I've put the changes to those two components into a branch here:
