Angular Library Settings Editor - Initial Nothing to Display Message Misleading

When opening the angular library settings editor it initially shows the message "Nothing to display" while the editor is loading the settings. (see screenshot) On our test server with real data it takes about 8 seconds to load the settings. On EOLI's test server with the concerto data it takes about 4 seconds.

It would be less confusing if there was a progress bar that displayed initially while the settings load, like what shows when you filter for a setting.
