Bug Description
A few SPARK libraries use the Print Bills option from the Bills Tab. They would like to be able to include the Due Date and Check In Dates on the Bills, Current print template. This would make it easier to explain to patrons why they are being charged overdue and lost bills.
In 3.11.1, the only date macros are the current date and billing transaction dates.
