Acq: PO and Line Item Notes Close Button Not Very Clear

When adding notes to a purchase order or a specific line item the screen expands to show the fields for entering the information. The button to close the expanded section is very unclear.

For a line item note/alert it's a X beside the Create Alert button. For a purchase order note it's an X beside the New Note button. If you hover over the X the word Close does display.

At the very least the button should be styled as a button and have wording to indicate that it's closing the section. Especially for the line item notes/alerts the button should be moved to somewhere that makes more sense for the entire section rather than beside one of the buttons in the middle of the screen (once you've added notes and/or alerts).
