Bug Description
If the home library field is not filled in correctly during registration (an invalid library is selected), the user will receive an error message after submitting the form. In that case, the value of the DOB field is deleted and the user must re-enter it in the form. The other previously filled in fields are OK.
Tested in Evergreen 3.11.1
