Noticed that this also occurs on one of the community test servers.
When using 'Print Full Grid' (not 'Print Full List') and having Hatch enabled, the grid lines disappear when printing from the Pull List for Hold Requests. This doesn't happen when selecting the same option in Holds Shelf. When disabling Hatch and printing via browser dialog, the grid lines show up.
