Aged circulations - Misleading message from Checkin action

Bug Description
Under the Checkin -> Actions menu, is the option to Retrieve Last Patron Who Circulated Item.
If this action is selected for an item whose most recent circulation has been aged, the following message is produced:
Item <barcode> has never circulated
This is misleading, a better message would be something like "No last patron information is available for Item <barcode>"
