Bug Description
Version 3.10.0
To reproduce: View an item under holdings view, as in attached screenshot. Right click to bring up the actions menu. See "Add/Manage Item Alerts" under the "Add" subheader. Copy the barcode of the item, and press F5 for the item status menu. Select the item, click the "Actions Dropdown." See separate categories for "Add Item Alerts" and "Manage Item Alerts" under the "Add" and "Edit" subheadings respectively.
