Simple Reports: Should Give Warning if No Filter Values Added

When creating and running a simple report there is no warning if you don't add or select filter values. The simple report can be saved and run but it will return an error instead of output.

Evergreen should warn that the filters have been left empty like the full reporter does. "One or more of the user-defined parameters has been left empty. Please fill in all fields." is the message that appears in the full reporter.
