Bug Description

Evergreen 3.9

In the angular holdings editor one of the item attributes has two different labels - "Quality" and "Is Mint Condition"

The Preferences tab uses the "Quality" in the "Hide Item Attributes" section

The Item Attributes tab uses "Is Mint Condition" for the same attribute.

The same term should be used for both. Since the options are Good/Damaged rather than Yes/No I think "Quality" is the one that should be used.

Noting that the equivalent field in the hold request record is labeled "Force Item Quality" in the AngularJS interface for editing that field, and "Desired Item Condition" in the Angular equivalent.
