Bug Description

Evergreen 3.9

When creating holdings templates in the new holdings editor you can add item alerts and notes before saving your template but the alerts and notes are not included as part of your template when you try to apply it to an item.

If you create your holdings template via Administration -> Local Administration -> Holdings Template Editor the item alerts are saved as part of the template but not item notes.

Both item alerts and notes should be able to be included in holdings templates.

Notes in a template aren't apply either when the template is applied or when the item is saved.

Alerts in a template aren't visible when the template is applied but do appear when the item is saved

Is this a complete list of desired behavior for alerts and notes in item/holdings templates?

1. Item alerts and notes should be able to be added and saved in item templates. This should be allowed in the Holdings Template Editor accessed through Local Administration and in Item Templates accessed
through the item record/editor.

2. Item alerts and notes should display in the item record when the template is applied.

3. Item alerts and notes should save in the item record when the item record is saved.

4. Item alerts and notes should be able to be deleted or edited in the item/holdings template.
