OPAC - Account Preferences -> Personal Information Header Doesn't Match

Evergreen 3.7 - TPAC
Evergreen 3.9 - BOOPAC
Chrome
In My Account the heading for the Personal Information page is currently "Account Information and Preferences". For consistency this should be "Personal Information Preferences" or the menu option should be updated to "Account Information".
The headers for the other three Preference pages match what displays on the menu.
(This is the case in both TPAC and BOOPAC).
